JAC has developed the Optima, a moulder for high-volume production which is the ideal supplement to the range automated bread production lines. This development was carried out with two objectives: productivity and versatility.
Productivity, because it is one of the basics in the bakery trade. Versatility, because equipment, including that intended for high-volume production, needs to be flexible nowadays.
